Orders and prices
All prices are shown in US dollars. We work hard to keep prices and product details correct. If we find a mistake, we will contact you before we send your order. Your order is confirmed when we accept it and email you a confirmation.
Payment
You can pay by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. We also accept Western Union and MoneyGram money transfers. For money transfer orders, we need a copy of your payment receipt before we ship. See our payment methods page for details.
Shipping and delivery
We ship worldwide with tracking. Most orders arrive 19 to 23 days after they ship. Shipping is free on orders over $300. Delivery times are estimates and can change because of carriers, customs or weather.
Exchanges and returns
We offer exchanges, not cash refunds. You can ask for an exchange within 7 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, email us within 7 days with your order number and photos. Full details are in our returns policy.
Sizes and colours
Please check our size chart before you order. Colours can look a little different on different screens, and embroidery placement can vary slightly from piece to piece.
