We want you to love your Ayaabi order. We offer exchanges only — we do not offer cash refunds. Eligible items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange window
You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request an exchange.
Defective or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem, and we will exchange it for you.
Non-defective items (size or style change)
Non-defective items can be exchanged only if the customer pays the shipping costs in both directions: shipping the item back to us, and shipping the replacement item to you.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
- Original tags must still be attached.

How to request an exchange
- Email mail@ayaabi.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the item(s) and the size or item you would like instead.
- We will reply with instructions, the return address and, for non-defective items, the shipping cost for sending the replacement.
- Pack the item securely and send it back. We recommend a tracked shipping service.
Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds. Eligible items are replaced through an exchange for a different size or item, subject to availability.
